Payment
A deposit secures your booking. The remaining balance is paid in cash on the day of your experience (JPY, USD or EUR).
Cancellation
Cancel for free within 72 hours of booking. After that, the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. If your experience starts within the next 24 hours, free cancellation is no longer available.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your experience, please contact us in advance and we'll do our best to arrange an alternative date.
Weather & cancellation
If we're unable to provide the experience due to extreme weather or other exceptional circumstances, we'll offer to reschedule your experience. If an alternative date doesn't work for you, all payments, including the deposit, will be fully refunded.
